As the Director of Strategic Operations at Birchtech, I will work with the team to focus on Activated Carbon and Media in general. Key areas will be in Air, Water and Wastewater Treatment in a diverse number of markets. When President and CEO of North American Filtration (NAF), I worked to lead a family of seven companies that provide custom engineered solutions for water/wastewater treatment and purification. With over 2.5 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed multiple locations across the USA, delivering cutting-edge products and services that optimize water and chemical use for municipalities and industrial manufacturers.Prior to joining NAF, I was a US General Manager at Montrose Environmental Group, where I directed a team of high-performance professionals across Water Treatment, Biogas Solutions, and O&M businesses. I leveraged my deep management expertise and corporate capabilities to improve personnel morale and retention, strengthen the supply chain, and enhance safety statistics. I also have a background as an Independent Consultant, advising companies, investors, and private equity on environmental/water/wastewater equipment and services. Before that I started my full time work Career with CWM, Wheelabrator, USFilter, Veolia Water, Siemens Water, Evoqua Water and Paques Environmental. I hold a B.A. in Natural Science & Secondary Education from Rider University, M.S in Environmental Science from NJIT, am a Major in the U.S. Military and hold certifications in hazardous waste operations and teaching science.
