Human Capital ManagementAs the Vice President of People Experience, I oversee the global Talent strategy for Chargebee, a leading SaaS platform. I\'m responsible for developing methodologies that help leadership manage talent, create career paths, and foster a performance-based culture through continuous feedback and coaching. I also drive people and talent analytics, using data to make strategic decisions for workforce planning and employee retention. Additionally, I\'ve developed value creation plans (VCPs) to integrate AI into recruitment, performance management, and attrition analysis, which resulted in a live reporting interface for leaders within our HRIS. I drive initiatives with senior leaders enabling them in identifying, assessing, and hiring talent to support their business unit’s goals and priorities. Total RewardsI\'m responsible for a global Total Rewards strategy that aligns with Chargebee\'s long-term goals to attract and retain top talent. I\'ve implemented a new compensation partner, AON Radford, to ensure competitive compensation by accurately aligning job families, which resulted in savings of around $2.3 million in merit dollars. Manage global benefit offerings to ensure Chargebee remains competitive on the talent landscape and can retain key talent who drives organizational growth. Prepare and deliver compensation committee materials that includes equity pool administration and executive compensation.HR Technology & OperationsI oversee all aspects of HR Operations, including HRIS data optimization, payroll management, and people analytics. Enhanced employer of record (EOR) services by implementing a new vendor that improved compliance and resulted in a 20% YOY cost savings. Improved global payroll operations by consolidated multiple providers into one global partner. Established a global relocation program, which led to stronger compliance and cost savings with preferred partners.
