Key Responsibilities1) Developed and implemented logistics strategies for OEM machinery and raw material supply chains, ensuring cost efficiency and reliability across global operations. 2) Designed and executed multimodal transport strategies integrating ocean, road, and rail networks to optimise delivery performance and cost.3) Development of customs classification, documentation, and compliance processes to streamline international trade operations.4) Lead raw material sourcing and supply chain development, managing vendor relationships and driving RFQ processes for competitive advantage.5) Designed a sq. ft. warehouse footprint, balancing manual and automated handling solutions with efficiency and ROI analysis to support business growth. 6) Conduct operational and financial evaluations to enhance warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and throughput.7) Project management of full project lifecycle for the design, construction, and setup of a training academy facility, including ongoing maintenance management.8) Collaborate cross-functionally with factory design team, technical, procurement, and operations teams to align logistics and materials strategies with organisational goals.
