They handle level 2 operations for all DC gear, requiring a versatile skill set to cover the diverse hardware deployed.Team\'s Responsibilities:The team\'s tasks include project-based work (upgrades, decommissions, site reworks, new builds) and interrupt-driven activities (breakfix, customer connections, compliance response).As a leader who\'s focused on constant iterative improvements in efficiency and consistency of work, I strive to empower my team to focus on process and documentation improvements that can ultimately be automated. Success for the team, and myself, is measured by two main elements.
