   Responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are in place to deliver on key clinical-site management milestones (e.g, start-up, trial conduct, quality, site and monitoring oversight, recruitment, close out, etc.) within designated region/cluster- Manage a team of Site Care Partners and supervise the execution of in-country site start-up, site management, quality, and monitoring oversight activities to ensure patient safety and quality study execution in accordance with applicable prevailing laws, Good Clinical Practice and Pfizer standards- Represents Global Site and Study Operations as the in-country/regional point of contact for the local country/regional clinical/study/medical affairs teams- Drives the end-to-end connection of country/regional stakeholders across assets and collaborates with other stakeholders at the global level to ensure country input into the clinical development, protocols, site identification and selection, and country strategy- Leads initiatives and improvement projects that support advancement of Pfizer\'s clinical operations locally and globally- Provides insights on local/regional trends to facilitate the conduct of clinical trials and where appropriate.
