Work on-site at the client location and build relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their staffing needs. •Own and execute the entirety of the hiring process, and full cycle recruitment. •Asses and understand the recruiting strategy needed for each manager and job title, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. •Act as an onsite extension of the client\'s HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees.•Understand the client\'s business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.•Cultivate and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client\'s needs.•Screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.•Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.•Market talent\'s skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate.•Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.•Create innovative sourcing strategies, and develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans.•Coach,mentor and train new hires, and onsite hiring managers.
