We make money when our contractors make money, not when they chase dead-end leads.What I\'ve built:• SaaS platform connecting contractors with commercial & residential clients• 24-48 hour quote system with 3-5 vetted proposals per project• Complete project lifecycle management from initial quote to final payment• 3-day escrow system protecting both parties• CRM designed to generate revenue and reduce admin burden for contractorsThe impact: Our contractors retain clients for 4+ years with 85% repeat business. We\'ve managed projects from $65 handyman jobs to $80K+ commercial builds, with some recurring contracts worth $150K annually.My role: Everything from cold outreach to product development and contractor vetting. Currently preparing for formal funding rounds to expand into NJ and DE.We\'re not just another marketplace.
