I have been in this business of Real Estate and/or Mortgage Broker for 17+ years in three different states. Excel Financial Group has the resources and flexibility I have not seen in quite awhile. We have all the FHA and Government loans at our disposal. We are a mortgage brokers dream office with the team work and connections at our finger tips. For most of our loans, we do not charge clients any points, processing, junk fees, etc AND we give the rebate or YSP back to our clients to use towards their closing costs. It is an open book with us as we go through each step on fees and compensation.
