Representing businesses and their executives across a broad spectrum of industries, Christopher Pardo focuses his practice on the defense of complex employment litigation and high-stakes commercial lawsuits. In his nationwide practice, Chris represents corporate clients in federal and state courts, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, handling labor and employment matters across the country, particularly the defense of wage and hour class and collective actions and executive-level disputes. Chris also regularly prosecutes and defends business disputes, including in the areas of business torts, breach of contract, trade secret litigation, and restrictive covenant agreements.Chris brings deep trial, litigation, and counseling experience to clients on both the prosecution and defense of a range of business and employment disputes.
