ABOUT CHRISTOPHER PALLANCH
I am a trial lawyer, a member of Tonkon Torp\'s Managing Board, and leader of the firm’s Antitrust Advice & Advocacy practice group. I have tried eight- and nine-figure cases to juries and judges in state and federal court. My practice covers a wide variety of business-related disputes, including helping to protect and enforce trade secrets, prosecute and defend claims of unfair competition, resolve business and partnership disputes, and respond to regulatory investigations (at the federal, state, and agency levels), all with an eye to minimizing risks while maximizing returns in a pragmatic manner. In addition to trying cases, I also serve as a mediator for commercial and employment disputes of all kinds.
