I am also the leader of our cutting edge Ballistic Threat and Mitigation annalysis team.As a Principal Substation Engineer, consultant and Physical Security Expert at WSP, I use experience to design and implement secure facilities across the United States. My experience spans two decades and includes nine years in corporate security operations at Portland General Electric. With a background in electronics engineering and military training in Power Generation/Distribution & anti-terrorism, I offer valuable insight regarding site selection and sabotage prevention. I am also well-versed in the NERC CIP-014 standard as well as others.
