ABOUT CHRISTOPHER NOEL

I am a dedicated, passionate and flexible leader working as a Business Process Analyst within the information technology department at Flexsteel Industries Inc. in the furniture industry. My role is to work closely with many functional areas and leadership to help deliver an industry leading customer centric technology experience. I do this by attending strategy and leadership meetings, gathering technology requirements, making suggestions as a technology advisor on these teams, documenting system requirements and working with the technical resource team to ensure successful development of the software while meeting the requirements/timeline. At the end of the process, I am in involved in coordinating testing activities to validate the solution meets the requirements mutually agreed upon by the technology team and the business leadership team. My success in my current role, is based upon years of experience working in information technology technical support and inside sales/customer care. I am proud to have built my career from the ground up by working in the trenches and on the frontlines. I know the furniture business, understand the challenges our retail partners face each day. My vast experiences over the past twelve years in the furniture industry, have enabled me to best serve the organization in my analyst capacity. In my role, I call upon my business, customer, industry, product and technical knowledge each day to have a positive impact on customer experience related to technology and process improvement. My passion and dedication to my career is only part of my life. In my free time, I am an amateur photographer, technology help desk for friends/family, enjoy to travel to any place with mountains and also am an automobile enthusiast, who enjoys detailing on a weekend afternoon.
