Replaced rotary valve with custom design to retrofit in legacy process. With minimal specs available, worked with specialty shops to design, fab, and install replacement rotary valve to avoid plant shutdown-Implemented a 1,200-lb rated electric davit crane hoist to replace manual material movement, eliminating a constant daily ergonomic and safety risk for operators in waste water treatment plant-Led management of change (MOC) process for process changes within chemical operation sections of plant. Required engagement of necessary leadership and support teams to approve and execute ~25 changes.
