About Christopher Michael Lee
I am an international accessibility expert and the author of three books. My professional career launched at twenty-two, when I wrote \"Faking It: A Look into the Mind of a Creative Learner,\" published by Boynton Cook Heinemann. As a public speaker, I engage with audiences on disabilities-related topics, including accessible ICTs and assistive technologies, sparking conversations and sharing insights. In 2006, I co-founded and directed North America\'s largest higher education accommodation service and research center, serving thousands of universities. I have been awarded and served as principal investigator on several research grants and awards, including the First in the World Obama Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education. One of my passions is working with cognitive disabilities. For years, I volunteered and served as Executive Director of the Georgia Learning Disability Adult Association and participated on other boards. I am committed to the disability community, accessibility for all, and social change for the betterment of humanity.
