I am a sophomore at the University of Miami Herbert Business School pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. Through my coursework and hands-on experience, I have developed a strong interest in real estate market analysis, data-driven reporting, and investment strategy.I currently work at Zonda as a Part-Time Associate, following my role as an Advisory Intern, where I support builder-facing advisory work by creating market analyses and reports focused on lot pricing, lot-to-home ratios, community performance, and broader market trends. I have also leveraged Excel, analytics tools, and AI-assisted processes to automate reporting workflows, improving efficiency, consistency, and turnaround time, while balancing full academic coursework.I am particularly interested in opportunities within real estate private equity and real estate investment, where I can apply quantitative analysis, market research, and reporting expertise to support investment evaluation and strategic decision-making. I am eager to continue gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful, data-driven projects within the real estate investment space.
