Position DescriptionSingle-handedly built and managed an energy and sustainability consultancy, developing new disciplines and work links for the business and also liaising with clients to procure new income streams and research new products to add to the company’s disciplines. As the only technical member of staff my responsibilities included project scoping, pricing, site inspections, report writing and post sales support for clients.Duties-• Undertaking Energy Performance Certificates for compliance with EU EPBD regulations and UK Energy Act 2007 (Domestic and Commercial)• Full energy audits micro e.g. systems and macro e.g. multiple sites• Client consultancy in energy efficiency and viability of renewable technologies and energy efficiency improvement options• U value calculations• SBEM Calculations• BRUKL reports for Part L building applications• Energy improvement viability studies including costs• Project pricing and management• Business development• Maintenance and design of marketing materials and website• Creating and undertaking training courses for staff and clients• Writing sustainability and energy strategy reports for planning applications• Staff and client training and coaching in Energy Efficiency• Responsible for developing various MS Access and SQL databases for in house use• HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MYSQL, Python, VBA scripting and website developmentAchievements-• Foundation and management of company services, client liaison and management successfully building client base and increasing turnover by approximately 25% per year.• Expansion of services from original skill set of team and allowing for training and staff retention.• Sourcing and building of links between associate companies to build services offered and associated increase in turnover by around 10% per year.• Successfully tendering and winning contracts with various local authorities in London and Wales with estimated annual values of around
