About Christopher McCall

I am a highly driven and motivated manager of people. I have always believed the path to success in any business goes through the employees that work for you and around you. This employee first leadership approached has helped to accomplish many things in my career. In addition to my experience managing large teams I also have a degree in Economics from Fordham University. Currently I am spending the majority of my time as the CFO for McCall Collective Brewing. My wife and I opened the brewery in 2020 and now operate two locations in the Lehigh Valley of PA. My most previous role in Corporate America was as a Finance Manager for Amazon. In this role I got to utilize my strategic economic background with my strong people skills to help one of the most powerful companies in the world continue to grow. In addition to my work at Amazon I also am a licensed Real Estate Agent in PA working for Iron Valley Real Estate. I have always had a strong passion towards real estate and find a lot of fulfillment in being able to help others understand the market and guide them through the home buying or selling process. In the past decade I have gotten to work in some of the most diverse and energizing places in the world. I have managed teams of people ranging from 10 to 300+ and covered geography as large as 6 states. I am a continuous learner and teacher, always looking to pay my leanings forward to others. Outside of work I am married and am lucky enough to the be the father to two beautiful daughters, Harlow Elise and Briar Elizabeth. I bleed Eagles green (Super Bowl Champs!), golf as often as humanly possible and make it a habit to seek out rare beer from all over the world.

   In addition to my role at Amazon I also assist my wife, and CEO of McCall Collective, Kaitlin McCall in the operation of McCall Collective Brewing. We are a start-up Brewpub in Allentown, PA. My specialties are all the financials of the business including but not limited to business plan execution, financial projections and SBA Loan management, monthly reconciliation, quarterly close and year end review.
