Research vendors for contracting procurement and determines price schedule structure Operations • Manage inventory, organize, and procure equipment within the propulsion shop tool room to ensure daily compliance with IG inspection. • Developed and executed the plans, policies, and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies needed to execute the daily battle rhythm. • Acquired resources, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements. Identified deficiencies with planned worked cards for aircraft engine removals and coordinated with the work planning cell to correct them, preventing potential injury to personnel and damage to aircraft. Aircraft Maintenance • Inspect and repair engine parts, mechanical components and hydraulic systems for GE-F110, GE-129 for F-16 to ensure mission readiness for 24 aircraft. Utilize computerized diagnostics to analyze engine faults and necessary repairs to return aircraft to service. • Train and enforce tool control and FOD awareness, prevention, and safety at all times to ensure a safe and orderly work environment. • Trained and mentored drill-status employees during drill weekends. • Removed and installed aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and mechanical flight controls. • Document all inspection and maintenance actions in aircraft forms and IMDS
