My planning and evaluation activities lead to providing innovative transformative leadership in annual and long-range planning of the SC State University MANRRS organization, SC State AgDiscovery and CYPRESS Summer Enrichment Programs. This allowed me to effectively organize, plan and conduct basic and applied research to enable the development of an effectual plan-of-work for instituting quality research and agricultural career awareness programs, while providing fiscal management of my assigned area of responsibility.
