Additionally, this role involves engaging with local partners and drafting subagreements to achieve program deliverables while also building local partners’ capacity.• Supported the drafting and implementation of six subgrants under the Accelerating Social and Behavior Change (ASBC) Activity in Ghana worth over $5 million. • Primary backstop of USAID education contract in Liberia worth $23 million; responsible for the day-to-day management support and oversight of four subcontractors consisting of international and local partners. • Facilitates regular meetings between FHI 360 staff, donors, and partners to ensure program implementation aligns with donor rules and regulations while maintaining careful programmatic and financial oversight.
