Store all live contract slides, pertinent information and actions within the company shared areas to comply with internal procedures. Produce management reports where necessary. Assist in business change and process improvement project where necessary, if service partners need consulted or trained in any changes. Liaise with SPEN districts to improve service partner performance through contractual mechanisms. Previous experience - Lanarkshire district Project engineer responsible for site delivery of Major electrical substation projects. Main responsibilities were: Managing service partners and SPEN staff to ensure works on track and project plan (MS project) Ensuring work sites are compliant with CDM regulations Auditing of service partners with specific reference to Health & safety, quality and value added engineering Preparation of Poweron switching programmes Outage planning Internal resourcing for jointing, fitting and overhead lines work Financial management of projects through SAP Including capturing business volumes delivered, forecasting of future spend and preparation of purchase orders
