I work with a global team of engineers to ensure the confidentiality of our data, the integrity of our systems, and the availability of our services. I directly support over 200 on-premises and remote end-users in the US, and offer remote support for over end-users from over 10 countries across the globe.I collaborate with my UK-based cohorts to offer quick resolutions to issues in our hybrid, cloud-based environment with a mindfulness towards customer service and a focus on standardized processes.While my role may be Tier 1 by title, I\'ve undertaken duties spanning Tier 2, Tier 3, and Project Management as needs have arisen during COVID. I\'ve provided direct support for over 200 US-based employees after COVID downsizing saw my US-based team reduced to just myself, and during a time of record profitability for the company during which time I was awarded with our Mission and Values award. My success in this has been due to a keen eye on prioritization, clear communication, resource and time management, and process alignment with my UK-based teammates.More recently, with the addition of another US-based teammate, my role has shifted to focusing more on projects including office moves, file share migrations, vendor service onboardings, equipment service contract negotiations, process standardization inline with ITIL standards, and team management.
