Real Estate Law Practice My practice in real estate law includes both commercial and residential real estate. This includes real property title issues, purchases and sales of real property, contracts, conveyancing, as well as landlord / tenant issues and evictions. Oil, Gas and Energy Law Practice I am an oil and gas attorney experienced in preparing pooling designations, purchase and sale agreements, master service agreements, assignments of working Interest, assignments of overriding royalty interests, seismic permits and other oil and gas related contracts and instruments. My practice also includes the preparation of original and division order title opinions and the litigation of oil and gas matters in Texas courts. Specialties: Drillsite and Division Order Title Opinions Mineral title research, examination and analysis. Reviewing leases, pooling agreements, purchase and sale agreements and joint operating agreements. Oil and gas litigation Probate and Estate Planning Practice I prepare wills and other estate planning documents for my clients.
