A graduate of Hanover College where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Business. I played 4 years of college football, was involved in Greek life, & had various campus responsibilities.Immediately out of college I began my career at a pallet manufacturing plant in Cincinnati, Ohio. IFCO Systems was the worldwide leader in pallet supply, used wood pallet recycling, and pallet management. My title was Assistant General Manager. I helped lead our Cincinnati plant to a #1 rank out of 48 in the country in bottom line EBITA for the over 2 years I served as AGM. Most importantly, in my role, I gained knowledge in professional operations management and coordination of logistics - specifically transportation of delivered goods. I used that transportation & logistics knowledge in my next opportunity with RWI Logistics. They are the transportation branch of the Castellini group of companies. There I was a successful freight broker for over 3 years, leading our sales team in Fort Thomas, KY.Darling Ingredients, my customer at RWI Logistics, is where I\'m at today. Darling repurposes and recycles material from the animal agriculture and food industries – transforming them into essential ingredients that do everything from feeding animals to fertilizing crops to fueling planes and nourishing people. I coordinate long-haul transportation for 15 plants throughout the country; specializing in hopper bottom, bulk material moves.
