SAP recruitment, is the process of finding talented individuals to become users of SAP software products, as well as those who are experts in utilizing the software to participate in SAP sales. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. As an SAP recruiter working globally for the Benelux and French markets, my roles are to identify and recruit SAP consultant freelancers to meet the specific staffing requirements of my clients. This would involve researching the SAP freelancer market, understanding the different SAP roles available and sourcing the best talent who are a good fit for each role. Understand, and qualified the specific requirements of the client and identify the right SAP freelancers with the skills necessary to fulfil these needs. In addition, I\'m tasked with leveraging industry insights and relationships to identify new opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with companies in the SAP freelancer market. Key Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities. • Generate leads and establish relationships with potential customers. • Define strategies and plans to expand the customer base. • Network with potential and existing customers to assess needs and requirements. • Negotiate and close deals with clients. • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer accounts. • Stay up to date with market trends. • Source and identify qualified SAP professionals to fill technical and management roles. • Develop and post job descriptions. • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates. • Conduct in-depth phone, video, and in-person interviews. • Develop candidates’ pools and networks of contacts for recruitment purposes. • Track progress and performance of placed personnel.
