In this role, my colleagues and I define performance metrics and develop reporting tools in SAP BW and Tableau for Supply Chain stakeholders across 5 countries.• Develop and disseminate documentation and training materials for new reports in the form of live presentations, one-pagers, and interactive web pages in Collibra.• Organize communication channels and cadences for global alignments to define Supply Chain performance metrics and reporting solutions.• Perform ETL SIT and UAT for newly-defined performance metrics that will later be used for reporting.• Manage team\'s demand and work backlogs and subsequent stakeholder feedback using Jira and ServiceNow.• Gather reporting needs and requirements from 5 different countries for topics related to both Transportation and Replenishment Management.• Develop offline Supply Chain Management contingency tools using VBA macros that are used by operational Warehouse and Stores teams.Previously:• Developed front-end report visualizations using Tableau for strategic and operational Supply Chain functions, including stores replenishment, warehouse replenishment, transportation management, and cost, availability, and sustainability reporting.

ABOUT CHRISTOPHER LUBER
I offer my support and expertise to decision-makers that are facing unique challenges via comprehensive, efficient business intelligence solutions. Traveling and language learning have been defining aspects of my life forever. I have spent a majority of my travels in Central America, but recently moved to western Germany. I find confidence and excitement in being surrounded by languages both new and familiar. Having studied Spanish, French, German, Romanian, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, and Mandarin, my expertise in my hobby is sometimes broader than it is deep! Professionally, I am an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the mortgage banking, FinTech, and Supply Chain industries. I pride myself in being confident in learning and adapting to unfamiliar skillsets in environments that may be new and uncomfortable for me, like language, which extends to programming languages and reporting tools as well. In addition to coding and language learning, my current professional projects include: 1. Business Intelligence projects, including developing decision-making tools and market/KPI/portfolio analysis dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Automated NRT KPI reporting for global Supply Chain strategic and operational teams using SQL, VBA, Tableau, and Excel\'s visualization functions. Reengineering manual reports to expand organization-wide automation efforts. During undergrad, I had trouble finding what interested me most, but eventually landed on Gender Studies and Religious Studies. However, you may note that I have a BS in these otherwise-BA fields, due to my first two years at Randolph-Macon being consumed by math and computer science. After graduating, I pursued certifications in Project Management, Agile Scrum, and Full-Stack Web Development to further my data analytics career. I then completed my MBA at the University of Arizona Global Campus with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship before accepting my current role at Aldi Süd.
