I lead the planning consultancy service for RG+P, working from studios in Leicester, Birmingham and London. Day to day work includes site appraisals, land use surveys, policy research, the co-ordination and submission of planning applications, supporting statements, design and access statements, environmental statement preparation, development plan representations and planning appeal case-work. Activities include liaising with clients from a range of sectors and liaising with other professional advisors, appearance at planning committee, project management, responding to new business enquiries and keeping abreast of emerging legislation.
