ABOUT CHRISTOPHER LAY

I have worked in a Leadership Capacity at Cintas since 2006, after graduation from university. I began my Cintas career as a Management Trainee primarily supporting our Service department before transitioned into an HR Manager role, followed by 7 years working in our Sales organization. During my tenure on our Sales team I was fortunate enough to hold the roles of New Business sales rep, Deep Clean Specialist (achieving #2 in the company), and Market Sales Manager for 4 years. While running a sales team I promoted 3 partners into our Captains Club, 2 partners into a Sales Manager role, and exceed annual projection by an average of 10.66%. In my current responsibility is our Facility Services Operations Manager I help lead our 250 partners towards developing their business and personal skills in running a strong operation and success Facility Services business.
