Great consultants need to help HR find capacity by resequencing the assets they have at their disposal for greater output and minimal, if no, additional spend. In doing so, we can considerably improve corporate value by reducing hard costs and increasing output. Human Resource Executives have arguably been more challenged than any other C-Suite position since 2020. As such, with the number one asset of most companies being their workforce, we need to do a better job at protecting that relationship, while truly fulfilling those employees.
