Over the past 11 years, I have been honing and utilizing the leadership skills that I have learned through the military, in order to foster the development of all Soldiers under my Command.Nothing is more thrilling to me than building a successful company. I believe this success comes from a few key factors: building a good team around you that enable you to focus, implementing a culture that fosters improvement/growth, refining your processes and procedures to the bare minimum and identifying/building strategic partnerships.I have over 10 years of high impact leadership development experience. I firmly believe that leadership in a company will define the productivity of that company. I have witnessed firsthand the way that leadership in an organization can cause that organization to fail, remain stagnant or overshadow their competition.
