I have more than 24 years of experience in oil and gas platform operations, ranging from technician to deputy OIM. i deliver results in line with the safety, efficiency, and reliability targets of the production processes and systems, as well as managing the performance and development of a departmentI have a strong background in project management, with an MSc degree from the University of Aberdeen and an ILM Level 3 certification in leadership and management. I have successfully completed a one-year project to redevelop a seaside cottage, where I handled the entire project lifecycle from concept to handover. I am passionate about enhancing and educating my team on the merits of process safety, and I have undertaken various training and development to consolidate my knowledge and skills in this area.
