About Christopher Kemenesi
As an entrepreneur, I started out in corporate-focused video production working alongside advertising and marketing agencies or directly with corporate clients. We produced commercials for Kia Motors and Google to online exclusives for Nike, Disney, and Patina Restaurant Group. We also created a wide array of products for real estate clients such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman-Wakefield, and others, piquing my interest in the real estate industry. Soon I left corporate video production and started US Realty Investments, a residential land investment outfit focused on growth markets in the southeast United States. USRI focuses on buying, selling, and leasing residential land to institutional, developmental, or boutique buyers. With dozens of transactions completed in several major metros, USRI has expanded its reach and network into some of the fastest-growing markets in the US and with them, USRI has expanded accordingly.
