When I was younger I was a little fat kid, one day I was watching Emeril Lagasse on the food network and had an epiphany, I\'m fat, he\'s fat, He cooks for a living, I could do that. Ever since then that is all I have done and what I enjoy. I am loyal to my job and passionate about cooking. I love learning new things and spending time with my family. I spend my days off cooking and playing with my children. As you can see there is a trend here. Cooking. I don\'t do anything real fancy, I like it simple and family style. It\'s all about building flavors, building a family, and having a good time. That\'s what I like to do.
