Founded in 1971, Peninsula Services is a professional, certified, and caring non-profit organization focused on assisting adults with disabilities to find integrated, meaningful community employment throughout Kitsap County. We utilize the branches of our organization and our vocational department to “Empower through Employment.” Peninsula Services, a SourceAmerica-affiliated Nonprofit Agency (NPA) in Bremerton, Washington, expands employment opportunities for adults with disabilities through AbilityOne Program jobs and competitive employment. Its mission is to empower individuals through job training and meaningful work, fostering independence and self-sufficiency. This mission is carried out through three operational divisions: Vocational Rehabilitation, Contract Management, and the Social Enterprise Group. In partnership with SourceAmerica, Peninsula Services advocates for an inclusive workforce and greater employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities.
