With over 30 years of experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector, I am a seasoned business development leader who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to customers. I have a strong background in marketing, sales, and learning and development, and I leverage these skills to create and execute strategic growth plans for ACI Controls, a leading provider of automation and control systems.In my current role as Vice President of Business Development, I oversee the business development, marketing, and website development teams, and I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and distributors. I also identify and pursue new opportunities in emerging markets, such as renewable energy, biotechnology, and aerospace. Some of my recent achievements include designing and developing a digital marketing platform, implementing a new CRM system, launching a successful online training university for internal employees and external customers, and expanding our presence in new sales territories.
