Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Augusta University (AU). AU is the public health research university for the State of Georgia, and includes nine graduate and undergraduate colleges with students, full-time faculty and nearly staff. AU is home to the Medical College of Georgia, the Dental College of Georgia, the Hull College of Business, the Pamplin College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, the new School of Computer and Cyber Sciences, and numerous graduate programs in the life science disciplines. With a campus of approximately 150 buildings and over $300 Million in new facilities for research and academics, AU is an R1 university and a $1 billion-plus enterprise with statewide and national reach. AUHealth is AU\'s academic medical center that includes a 475 bed adult hospital, the 165 bed Childrens Hospital of Georgia (CHOG), the Cancer Center of Georgia, a Level 1 Trauma Center, a robust clinical research operation. CHOG is a nationally ranked children\'s hospital with specializations in cardiology, neurology, pediatric care, and cancer research.
