I\'m Chris. I\'ve moved around the UK and done all sorts from warehouse work, to retail, hospitality, and being a terrible kayaker, squash player and cyclist. It\'s been fair to say it took a while to figure out what I wanted to do before and after uni. I\'ve even been cooking up a storm in the sales kitchen for a short time (as much as they let the potwash do it), but I think I\'ve finally found my pièce de résistance recipe at B2W Group. ‍ Why? Because apprenticeships sell themselves. You get to gain skill in your workforce from existing or new employees. They also buy themselves, because the most you would ever pay for them is 5%(you might not pay anything).
