Energía Costal Azul Regasification Project (20••••09)- Lead counsel in the negotiation of E.P.C. contract documentation for the construction of the project and breakwater facility. Sempra Renewables, Sempra Generation (20••••14)- Lead counsel to Sempra Renewables in the construction of its entire solar portfolio and parts of its wind generating portfolio. Lead counsel to Sempra Generation in the construction of several gas-fired power projects.
