I design and direct interactive experiences and products that people love to use. And I thrive when those products and experiences come together to create innovative and valuable customer-focused experiences based in empathy for real human needs.I work collaboratively and enjoy leading and growing successful teams of designers. I’m currently with Oracle as a Director of User Experience Design. With over 15 years of industry practice, I focus on taking the challenges of doing business digitally and devising solutions that manage complexity for a broad range of clients and their users. Recently I’ve worked with Microsoft Stores to create an extensible design system focused on accessibility which served as the foundation for creating virtualized, remote learning experiences; with Tableau to re-imagine the experience of discovering their product portfolio, and with Intel to build experiences that bring their enterprise offerings to life for customers. Other brands I\'ve worked with to build digital experiences and products include Expedia Group, Delta Airlines, United Parcel Service, Home Depot, Bridgestone Tire, AT & T, Hilton, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, LifeScan, and NWEA.
