Chris Hoshek is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Commercial Real Estate Group of 1st Century Bank. Managing the Commercial Real Estate Group, Mr. Hoshek is responsible for sourcing, pricing, structuring, and underwriting debt investments for 1st Century Bank. Mr. Hoshek and his team manage and direct all transaction aspects including structuring and negotiating terms sheets, portfolio management, financial analysis and in-depth due diligence.
