A key recent task was project managing a complex corporate rebranding project within mainland Europe; overseeing the full-cycle of this multi-million pound project. I successfully oversaw the successful completion of multiple, full cycle projects; taking them expertly through all stages of work to ensure final completion and meeting all areas of original scope, budget and timescaleI developed a number of compelling strategies for continued improvement to performance; introducing and conducting reviewing lean initiatives and ensuring we met or exceeded KPIs.Prior to this I had a number of roles, moving with promotion each time.
