Using a self policing system, we verify projects and construction companies to be on the platform, and offer stats on previous projects to present investors with the most accurate data possible to make informed decisions on which company they\'re hiring.According to CIOB\'s research, over 66% of multifamily projects are late, with 18% being over 6 months late. We aim to help decrease project overages by 50% or more, by providing the right construction company to the right project.
