About Christopher Holcomb
I have over 11 years of experience in commercializing innovative wastewater technologies across the US. He has been closely involved in numerous aspects of advancing technologies from patents to first commercial projects. He has deep expertise in thermal treatment technologies to process municipal biosolids and continues to expand beyond solids treatment into innovative liquid-side technologies.Since 2007, my work has focused on applied solutions to complex environmental problems through academic research, biological fieldwork, compliance, environmental advocacy, and sustainable technologies around the world.

Advise clients on innovative infrastructure projects with deep industry knowledge of advanced thermal treatment technologies (e.g. gasification, pyrolysis, thermal drying, carbonization) for processing municipal biosolids. Coordinate with Jacobs offices around the world to track the progress of new technologies and installations. Duties include system optimization, RFP writing, and guiding technology selection for drying and gasification projects in WA, TN, ID, CA, Australia, and the UK. 2025 WEFTEC workshop panelist and WEA Utah conference presenter on PFAS fate across solids treatment processes.
