I am fortunate to have over 10 years of experience in developing, implementing and refining security solutions for Fortune 500 companies, after proudly serving on active duty in the United States Army. While effectively managing change cross-functionally in a multi-national business setting of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups, I enjoy the unique challenges of team building and leading enterprise programs designed to quantitatively mitigate security risks within global supply chain and commercial operations. Through a series of increasingly responsible leadership positions, I have successfully implemented a range of strategies and solutions for enterprise, product and supply chain security, to include:• Authored enterprise physical security standards and associated risk assessment strategy for 100+ critical site locations to allocate capital and personnel resources based on statistical analysis of compliance with internal security standards, geographic threats and historical incident data. • Serving as regional head of security and SME for site-level security programs, crisis management, management of proprietary and contract security personnel at manufacturing, warehousing and administrative locations.• Influencing organizational change by applying proven project management principles across an annual portfolio of 40+ active security projects planned and prioritized to implement strategic technology and policy development solutions in alignment with the complexities of integrating newly acquired businesses, strengthened regulatory requirements, rapid globalization and evolving enterprise performance objectives.• Conducting and directing 200+ targeted risk assessments and surveys annually of critical company site locations and supply chain vendors, based on strategic importance to commercial businesses, regulatory compliance, contractual security terms for vendors, public health and safety, and trending loss recurrence.
