ABOUT CHRISTOPHER HILL

I am a shareholder with Pennington, P.A. My practice focuses on insurance defense and litigation, including medical/dental malpractice, bodily injury and under/uninsured motorist claims, auto/trucking litigation, Personal Injury Protection claims, and commercial litigation, as well as commercial Landlord-Tenant law. I am licensed to practice law in Florida and have been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.Prior to joining Pennington, P.A, I practiced law in Tampa with DeBeaubien, Simmons, Knight, Mantzaris, & Neal, LLP, in the areas of bodily injury and under/uninsured motorist claims, Personal Injury Protection claims, and Landlord-Tenant law. While in Tampa, I was actively involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association.I received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Business Management from Florida State University in 2015. At Florida State, I served as an Orientation Leader, on my fraternity’s executive board, and on a national committee for my fraternity. I received my Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, cum laude, in 2018. While in law school, I received the book award for Trademarks and Unfair Competition, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi National Honor Society and served as my fraternity’s chapter advisor. I clerked for various law firms and the Florida Department of Agriculture in practice areas ranging from contract and construction law to legislative research and rule review.Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting Florida State athletics. I am also a member of the Florida State University College of Law Alumni Board of Directors and am involved with the Young Lawyers Division.
