   My primary responsibility of this role is to support QE Section Management Hoshin Initiatives while assuring customer satisfaction through complete vehicle quality. Main role is to support the Quality department to lead, manage, and coordinate activities with other departments and external organizations to accomplish KPI (Key Performance Indicators) objectives (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Human Resources, Training and People Development). • Lead group activities to assure TMMK completed vehicle and supplied parts quality. • Quality Standard and inspection plan development and confirmation of execution by manufacturing and suppliers. • Manage group KPIs, identify & resolve issues using FMDS ( Floor Management Development System) and/or TBP (Toyota Business Practices) methods. • Lead new model vehicle development with design & manufacturing including Operation Plan (OP) Management. • Support deployment of the Quality Hoshin (Management Led Strategic Planning) within TMMK. • Lead team activity to resolve quality problems (including field, warranty and customer satisfaction) across departments and within Toyota Affiliates. • Manage change points with supplier, manufacturing and design within assigned area of responsibility • Lead development of vehicle assurance strategies (UIN/ Water leak/Door Close/ Emissions/ etc) • Mentor and support development of Quality Control department members.
