About Christopher Henderson
As a Senior Resident Inspector with The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), my time as an Officer in the United States Navy and my graduate studies, I’ve acquired over 15 years of nuclear industry experience. In addition, I gained two years of operational planning for missions vital to national security. I have a strong background in nuclear plant operation and extensive understanding of the United States regulatory process for nuclear power plants and the documentation supporting the regulatory process.Throughout my career, I’ve earned the opportunity to provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less-experienced staff members. I have provided advanced technical advice and assisted with supervision of staff on major projects. I have developed an excellent ability to pursue and negotiate an array of critical issues in a clear, concise and objective manner. I am a results oriented team player and leader with an exceptional technical and engineering foundation and skilled at solving complex problems.
