The proof is in an overstuffed Trapper Keeper in my parents\' basement: I\'ve always been a storyteller. In that binder are countless short stories and recaps for sports events played by teams conjured up by the brain of a pre-teen. Over the years, I developed an insatiable appetite for knowledge, leading to a journalism career peppered with awards for investigative reporting and heartwarming feature stories alike.These days, my stories create a sense of connection and community for staff in a healthcare system.
