Specialising in Business Transformation and IT Project Delivery and Portfolio Management, I also have strong Commercial and Operational Management skills across Private and Public Sector organisations. As I am MoP, Prince2, Prince2 Agile and MSP to Practitioner level, I have strong PMO, Portfolio, Programme and Project delivery knowledge with demonstrable Business Change, Transformation and Lean skills. I also have excellent Analytical, Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Management skills and experiences in Public and Private Sector organisations. Sectors include Energy, Local Government, the NHS, Printing and Communications / Education / Publishing. Previously managed the Group IT PMO and Portfolio Delivery Assurance function within Drax Group IT, managing PMO resources and multi-million pound budgets, responsible for Project Governance, Quality Assurance and Acceptance into Service.
