Chris has deep expertise in business transformation, delivering fundamental change for clients. Most recently he worked at a large Government department to improve the alignment of £5bn of transformation programmes to business strategy and desired outcomes, enhancing programme and project delivery performance.His primary expertise is:• Business Transformation – working with clients to shape, deliver and review alignment of large transformational programmes• Programme Management – leading large-scale, multi-million pound technology-enabled transformational change programmes to delivery. For example Chris led a $100m simplification programme for a FTSE top 10 organisation• Sourcing – Leading change in large organisations, in a variety of industries in both public and private sectors throughout the sourcing lifecycleHis most recent assignments include:Government Department – Change Alignment LeadChris led a piece of Business Design work to assess whether some of the largest and most complex transformation programmes in UK Government were aligning to the overall department strategy and identifying solutions for gaps. This has resulted in greater clarity and confidence in achieving the future vision for over £5bn of Government transformation programmes.Global Pharmaceutical – Project ManagerChris led a global simplification programme to reduce complexity and Total Cost of Ownership in the IT estate. Reporting to the COO, the programme was a major change programme to simplify the IT estate and required significant change and stakeholder management; it is forecast to reduce costs by $100m.Major UK Logistics Organisation – Sourcing LeadChris led the Finance workstream on one of Europe\'s largest sourcing projects. Chris was responsible for development and gaining sign-off of a £1b Business Case which was authorised at the Executive level and clarify the vision for the programme. He also provided commercial and strategic direction to the leadership team.
